Near the boarder with the Czech Republic is the oldest spa in Poland. In 1591, Jan Crato, a medical doctor of the Habsburgs, published the first medical text on the beneficial influence of thermal waters from Ladek on many ailments.

Spa in Ustron is located in in the beautiful Vistula valley. It is surrounded by forests covered with spruce. It is an excellent place for rehabilitation after injuries and orthopedic procedures, including states after stroke and after neurosurgical procedures, post-mastectomy conditions, neurotic disorders, diseases of the airways- asthma, allergies.

Spa in Busko Zdroj is well known for treatment of rheumatological and orthopedic-traumatic ailments, nervous system, skin, internal metabolism as well as treatment based on specific healing water - sulphide from the "Dobrowoda" deposit.

Situated near lake Necko, featuring a vast beach. If you’re into active leisure, you can use one of our tourist and mountain bikes, do nordic walking, or simply relax on a stretcher. Augustów Spa runs a diagnostics and rehabilitation program of Raynaud’s disease.
